Build Houses For the Widows And Orphans

This is a sadaqah jaariyah opportunity not to be missed, that will benefit you daily whilst you are alive, even after your death.

There are currently 50 tents housing 50 poor families, including widows and orphans. They are living in cold conditions and in the summer it is way too hot. The winters in refugee camps around the world are severe, as women and children find it hard to bear. The snow builds up on the tent roof that causes the tents to cave in. Only after a few months of use the tents become ripped and holes start to appear. The walkways become flooded during the rain, causing mud to build and the whole camp becomes slippery and difficult to walk on.

Reclaim Gift Aid

Gift Aid It!Add 25% more to your donation at no cost to you. A Gift Aid declaration allows Humanity Care Relief to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to Humanity Care Relief we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you.

By ticking the "Yes" box, I agree I would like Humanity Care Relief to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year I may be asked to pay any difference. I understand that Humanity Care Relief will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid does not cost you a penny more, but can add an additional 25p to every £1 you donate. When Humanity Care Relief receives a donation from a UK taxpayer, we're entitled to claim an amount of tax (calculated at the basic rate of income tax in that year) paid on that donation. Once you have given your permission for us to do this on your behalf, there is no need for you to do anything else.

All that is required is that you must be a taxpayer and that would have paid or will pay sufficient Income and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

The amount of tax we claim will be 25% of the total value of your donations in that tax year. Furthermore, if you are a higher taxpayer, you are also entitled to claim the difference between the basic rate which we will claim and the amount of tax you have actually paid. For further details on how you can do this, please contact your tax office. If your tax situation changes and your gifts will no longer be eligible for the Gift Aid scheme please contact us and we will amend your record accordingly.

Humanity Care Relief on Ground Helping Widows and Orphans

Humanity Care Relief is building small concrete homes for refugee widows and their children.

We aim to build 50 brick homes, 10 have already been taken by donors. The homes will be basic one-room homes with roof, concrete floor, door, and a window.  Communal toilet and wash facilities are already built. The cost of the homes includes the internal roads being laid and a wall surrounding the location to keep them safe.

If you would like to provide a concrete home for a widow, orphan, or a poor Syrian family please donate £400 for the full house or contribute with your share for £40.

Allah said: “Surely the men who give sadaqah and the women who give sadaqah and have advanced a good loan to Allah SWT; for them, it will be a reward multiplied and noble”

How can we help Refugee Families?

The impact of war and political problems within various countries has forced millions of people to flee their homes and become a refugee. The impact of this has caused millions of refugees to go through hardships and struggle in dealing with this issue. This is a growing problem and each year more and more people are impacted due to internal problems within their countries. We, at Humanity Care Relief, can help by helping to provide a better life for refugees so they can focus on the most important aspects of their lives, like family and education.

What We Can Do

  • Food Parcels For Refugees – Hundreds and thousands of displaced Refugees face a daily struggle for food. During the peak of summer and winter, this struggle becomes even harder. This results in many living in harsh conditions and faces a major impact on their health. We can help them by providing food parcels that contain all the basic essentials, so at least for a month, these families can eat a proper meal.
  • Build a Mosque – We can also help build a mosque for refugees so they can share their pain and happiness and become closer to Allah (SWT).
  • Build Houses For Shelter – Give a roof over the heads of widows and orphans by building a small house for them. This house will give them a sense of belonging and security.
  • Build Orphanage – It was stated by Propet Muhammed (PBUH), that  “The one who cares for an orphan and myself, will be together like this,” and he held his two fingers together (Sahih Bukhari, 5659).  We believe that every child has a right to a home. Countries such as Pakistan, Syria, Yemen and Africa are home to millions of orphans. The vast majority do not have access to food, water, and shelter. We provide adequate shelter, a healthy lifestyle, and hygiene education.
  • Medical Camp – Many refugees have been subjected to cold conditions throughout winter. Many women that have gone through pregnancy and childbirth experience harsh conditions. This is why urgently healthcare is needed. From our quarterly medical camp, we provide medical packs that allow these refugees to gain access to adequate medical care.

It might seem like an impossible task to resolve the refugee crisis, however, if we come together, contribute little by little we can help the refugees resettle back in their societies. Let’s all donate as much as we can to help the poor and needy across the world. Together we can make this world a better place.
